Feeling Fornasetti
Trending now and straight from the 80’s, I am feeling the Fornasetti force come back. Maybe I am just keyed in since noticing my client’s collection which brought me back to my childhood, but since the 80’s are in, why not Fornasetti to blaze the decade into 2018?
For those of you who aren’t familiar with his work, Piero Fornasetti was a 20th-century Italian painter, sculptor and interior decorator. He’s most famous for his “Tema e Variazioni” (theme and variation) plate series which includes over 350 variations of opera singer Lina Cavalieri’s face.
